Abstract
The White Paper on Nordic Sustainable Food Systems is the final outcome of the project “The role of Nordic research in transition to sustainable agro-marine food systems” funded by the Nordic Joint Committee for Agricultural and Food Research (NKJ) in Sweden.
The project, which ran from 2022 to 2024, had at its centre two main questions: 1. Is a Nordic joint vision on sustainable food systems possible? and 2. How can academic institutions support and facilitate the transition to sustainable food systems in the Nordic Countries?
