Research output: Working paper

Abstract

The paper contributes to answering some interrelated questions from theEurosphere project, namely What is the role of gender groups in theEuropean public sphere? How do they cooperate and negotiate with ethnicminority groups? What is the role of gender-related concerns in theEuropean public sphere? And how do they relate to ethno-nationalconcerns? Two transnational European organizations, namely EuropeanNetwork Against Racism [ENAR] and European Women´s Lobby [EWL], areinvestigated to map these organizations’ notions of diversity, and analyzewhether concerns with gender and race are cross-cutting or exist in parallelisolation within the European public sphere.
