Forking Sustainability Pathways? Engaged Research on Local Food Practices in the Faroe Islands and São Tomé and Príncipe

Project Details

Description

The aim of my PhD project is to support local food initiatives in two small island countries (respectively São Tomé e Princípe and Faroe Islands) through engagement with small-scale food producers and activists, while also examining the informal food economies in the two contexts in relation to ongoing scholarly debates on food sovereignty and post-growth economies.
