Postdoc in history at the Faculty of History and Social Sciences of the University of the Faroe Islands.

Research interests

I'm interested in the interaction between humans and everything around us in a historical perspective.

In my PhD-project I examined knowledges regarding fish stocks and overfishing in the Faroe Islands in the period approximately 1950-1977. Furthermore, I examined whether the knowledges were translated to policies, e.g. regulations.
