Pedagogical and Sociological research:

Pedagoguges working conditions in the Faroese society. Insight and status of the working, what are the stress factors and what is decisive for well-being in the pedagogic field of work.

What is needed to work with well-being and development for the educators and their working conditions, to be able to counteract stress and excessive work pressure, in relation to the lack of pedagogues and as a result of it. And furthermore to try to identify which factors could improve the working conditions at the moment.
