Description
I facilitated a workshop and discussion on environmentally friendly food production in the Faroe Islands (particularly in the agricultural sector), and what kind of parameters one might want to think about in the Faroese context when trying to define this. The workshop also explored the topic of organic certifications and ethical labelling of different sorts.The workshop was part of the conference programme of "Matvit: Burðardygt matsjálvbjargni í Føroyum"
